The VI4303 is a direct Time-of-Flight (d-ToF) based laser ranging System-on-Chip (SoC). This sensor provides a compact solution for miniature ToF sensors in the market. Leveraging independently developed Single-Photon Avalanche Diodes (SPAD) and proprietary ToF acquisition and processing technology, the VI4303 can achieve accurate distance measurement of up to 2.5 kilometers. Measurement data and system configuration information are transmitted via the SPI interface.
