The VI5301 direct Time-of-Flight (dToF) sensor features a single-module package design, integrating a Single-Photon Avalanche Diode (SPAD) receiving array and a VCSEL laser transmitter. Capable of performing accurate distance measurement on objects without being affected by their color, reflectivity, and texture, this sensor provides a compact solution for miniature ToF sensing in the market. Leveraging independently developed SPAD and proprietary ToF acquisition and processing technology, the VI5301 can achieve accurate distance measurement of up to 6.6 meters, with a fast ranging frequency of up to 150 Hz.
