VI4300
The VI4300 is a Time-of-Flight (ToF)-based laser ranging SoC. This sensor provides a compact solution for miniature ToF sensing in the market. Leveraging self-developed SPAD (Single-Photon Avalanche Diode), dToF technology, and ranging algorithms, the VI4300 enables accurate ranging up to 12 meters.
