The VI5300 direct Time-of-Flight (dToF) sensor adopts a single-module package design, integrating a Single-Photon Avalanche Diode (SPAD) receiving array and a VCSEL laser transmitter. Capable of performing accurate distance measurement on objects without being affected by their color, reflectivity, and texture, this sensor provides a compact solution for miniature ToF sensing in the market. Leveraging independently developed SPAD and proprietary ToF acquisition and processing technology, the VI5300 can achieve accurate distance measurement of up to 4 meters, with a fast ranging frequency of up to 90 Hz.
