The VR9150 is a highly integrated Time-of-Flight (ToF) depth sensor based on a Single-Photon Avalanche Diode (SPAD) array. Through the collaborative design of the SPAD array, multi-channel Time-to-Digital Converters (TDCs), and an intelligent DSP, it systematically addresses the four core bottlenecks of traditional ToF sensors.
