The VI4300 is a long-range, high-performance, fully integrated receiver laser ranging chip launched by visionICs, custom-built for professional applications including robot vacuum cleaners, Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), and drones. The chip integrates a Single-Photon Avalanche Diode (SPAD) detection array, single-photon pixel control, ranging circuits, algorithms/memory/interfaces, and a microprocessor within a single package.
